The information collected in the questionnaire is recorded in a computer file by the Institut Océanographique - Fondation Albert Ier, Prince of Monaco. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the RGPD.
Data marked with an asterisk in the questionnaire must be provided. Otherwise, it will not be possible to purchase tickets or finalise bookings.

The data collected will only be communicated to the following recipients: the Institut Océanographique's internal departments responsible for managing bookings and sales, the marketing departments for the transmission of information and/or preferential offers, and the technical service providers responsible for hosting and maintaining the website, within the strict limits of what is necessary for the performance of the service. It will be kept for a period of three years from the last interaction with the service. Data relating to financial transactions is kept for a period of ten years, in accordance with legal obligations in accounting matters.
