GENERAL SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS  - HOW TO USE YOUR E-TICKET
 
  • Purchase your tickets from official sales channels exclusively.
 -      Never accept an E-ticket from strangers as it may be a fake.  
  • The purchase of E-tickets implies full compliance with the present Sales Terms and Conditions.
  • E-tickets are NOT similar to M-tickets (downloadable on smartphones) and must imperatively be printed.
  • High printing quality is required. Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible E-tickets are considered as invalid and will be refused.
  • All visitors must present their E-tickets properly printed.
  • Individual E-tickets are only valid on the date and according to the specified conditions.
  • E-tickets cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, even in case of unavailability of some or all installations, due to weather events or technical incidents.
  • Every E-ticket has its own barcode. Its validity is checked and registered at the entrance to the Museum by barcode scanners. E-tickets only authorize one admission per person.
  • Reproduced, duplicated or counterfeit E-tickets are prohibited, liable to prosecution and yield no advantages.
  • Only the first person to show an E-ticket will be allowed to enter the Museum, and will be presumed to be the legitimate bearer of the ticket.
  • The Oceanographic Museum will not accept responsibility for anomalies occurring during the ordering, processing or printing processes of the E-ticket, in so far as it has not generated such incidents intentionally or as a result of negligence, loss, theft or fraudulent use of the E-ticket.
  • Visitors must keep their E-ticket with them throughout the visit. Warning: it is prohibited to enter or exit the Museum at will, all exits will be final.
  • In case of non-compliance with one of these requirements, E-tickets may be considered as invalid.
